WHAT DOES HYDRA LAM-20 PETROL ADDITIVE CONTAIN
It contains a blend of biocides and detergents that remove and prevent the formation of resins and gums on carburettors and fuel injectors, enabling easier starting after prolonged periods without use.
HYDRA LMA-20 contains octane boosters which improve combustion and performance under high load conditions preventing misfire.
HOW TO USE LMA-20
Dilute in ratio 1:1000; for example, 1ml of LMA-20 treats 1 litre of fuel.
WHY DO FUEL INJECTORS GET CLOGGED
Without taking an engine apart, it is impossible to see when deposits are building up internally, and these same deposits will interfere with your engine’s efficiency. Because this degradation occurs gradually over time, performance reduction is often not noticed.
By incorporating the latest detergent raw materials, Hydra LMA-20 ensures that all internal engine components receive a deep clean down to molecular levels. Any existing resin and gum deposits are removed, and the formula helps prevent further deposits from forming. This product is a great carb and petrol injector cleaner.
The reason clogged injectors are so common nowadays is that fuel injection systems have largely replaced carburettors; these modern engines spray fuel through very narrow spray channels with extremely high pressure to atomise the spray. However, these injectors are incredibly sensitive to deposit build-up and can become partially blocked after only 50 hours of engine use.
